Hi CBDB that was probably the hardest of these exercises that I’ve done😳 I pretty soon stopped trying to sing the Spider-Man song to myself and concentrated on finishing! 🥵💪

This one just didn't happen AT ALL 😵 However, on a more positive note, I have nearly caught up all the sessions that took a back burner while my poor Bordeaux, Colonel, developed bloat and needed emergency surgery AND the ruddy boiler broke down right in the middle of the freezing cold weather .................oh, and the car broke down too, so hopefully that's the three calamities done and dusted now!!!
Right, now back to concentrating on this challenge 💪💪💪
Omg! I think my mind just filed this under "impossible" yesterday morning - and I promptly forgot to try it 🤣 So watching a video on push-ups just now - I remembered. And tried this a tiny bit. Instead of doing the full push-up, I just tried to focus on my scapula moving. Still, this was HARD!

that’s a great find. I’ve recently added some scapular strengthening moves to my usual stretches, e.g half plank or wall scapular push-up. And they seemed to have helped with my upper back pain that I had when rowing.
Before I didn’t even know what a scapular meant! 🤣🤣
